209-396-6905. total scam. if you ask them for an address they will **** up on you.

I filled out an application for a payday loan on the internet. BIG MISTAKE. all they did was send my personal information to a bunch of scam artists. I never accepted any offer, but this company has been calling my house and threatening to sue me over not paying them. 209-396-6905. everyone on the phone sounds indian. I even got on the phone with a 3 wat call to my bank and asked my bank to go through my transactions looking for any 3rd party deposit that was not from my payroll. the company "c.williams law office" still claimed that they were going to sue me. i told them to bring it on. if i actually get any court do***entation from them i will gladly show up and laugh in their face, as well as demand they pay me for my time off work to go to court.

after many phone calls from this number I took the liberty to find out just who these so-called people were.  My wife said it sounded phony - these calls have been going on better than a year now, each time I tell them that I never had any loans or borrowed from them and each time they tell me how much trouble I will be in if I don't pay.  Today my wife called them back and asked who they were (they would not say) then proceeded to have a woman speak--my wife insisted that they get someone who speaks English and the woman ***g up!  I just wish I knew where to go I have tried the Better Business Bureau and the Atty Gen but have not gotten anywhere--any suggestions?  These people are terrible and I suspect that they worry the elderly so much that they get whatever money they want from these older citizens.  They have to be stopped.  Has anyone attempted to notify the California Better Business Bureau?

I am being harrassed to by this number 209 396 6905 too.

They s****ed calling me a month ago i put in a police report on these company's and called the credit bureaus and put fraud alert and contacted my bank to see if any of these transactions were true until my friend called them they didn't even answer like a company just saying how can I help you ? Then I c****ed my number and still they try to reach me at work.

*Caller is stating that I have an legal issue and better get a good lawyer. The number on the called ID does not make any sense but the number  on the voicemail is 209 396 6905

this number has been calling me repeatedly about a pay day loan. ITS BULL . i never got money. now theyre telling me i recieved $$ that i dont know about AND they want me to pay it back ?? lol HAHA! these people are looking for whatever way to make money. **** UP AND DONT LOOK BACK!

I called them back and Jack Marshel (Arab?) answered the phoned. I told him that you sounded like the person I talked to earlier, but his name is Robert Pumom. And he said their is a Rober Pumon here that called you. Jack said that this is a about $300 payday loan from International and he gave me my social security number and he wanted me to verify that because I am being sued. I owe $630.32 according to him.I told him that I will contact Krohn & Moss Attorneys for Fair Dept Collection Practice Act.

Just got a message from this number.  Same ****od of operation.  Unfortunately, I had to get a payday loan and they probably sold this information.  Scam is right!

Recieved phone call from a person I believe is Arabic cannot speak English very well at all and said his name is mark white and he needed my attained attorney to call him back that this message was time sensative and not to ignore this message and if I didnot call back then good luck and by. This is bull I know I have no loans anywhere or credit card payments this is scam the number on caller ID comes out of California.
