(209) 442-2612

I got this same call like everyone else who is reporting this.  I did get an attorney and told them to call my attorney with information they had about whatever they are suing me for.  They said it was for a debt I never heard of!

FRAUD all over

I repeatedly get calls from 209-442-2612 and it usually a man with an Indian or some kind of foreign accent that keeps harrassing me about a loan that I did not take out.  He informs me that he will send affidavites to my home and work concerning the loan.  My next step is to report this number.

I keep getting calls from an Indian lady saying I need to get an attorney..I don't know who this is and she will not give me any additional  info..can anyone help please?

This is a great forum for sharing "phone spam"... Did I just coin that phrase?Thank you all for taking the time to post these reports. I hope someone can stop this.

I just got the call today, i could not understand him at all... He was saying that i had a law suite a***nst me for 5484 dollars. He had all of my information except that of my credit cards. He said he would transfer me to some other guy and it was the same guy. Dont buy into this. GL

Paul Martin left an unintelligable message for me today saying I need to call him back regarding a legal lissue. I tried to call him but no one was there.

I just got the same call today. They had all of my information.

This is one of those scams where they call you and advise you that you have a legal case pending a***nst you.  The guys name was Martin and you could barely understand what he was saying because of his heavy accent.  He said the papers would be sent to my home, work and bank.  I have no such legal case pending a***nst me so beware of these calls.

I got a phone call today from this number and a guy with a heavy Indian accent left a message for Jim.  I am not Jim!!  These people clearly aren't legit since they don't even know the name of the person the supposedly brought charges a***nst.  I get these calls on and off every few months, I report them and the phone number to the Federal Trade Commission.  I'm not sure if they do anything, but at least the authorities are aware of these people!!!
