Spammer, if not scammer.

keeps calling and no one on the other end of the line. Highly tired of this BS.

Have called 5 times just this evening; no one ever on the line; tried to dial them "call can't be completed as dialed"

This is some sort of scam. I asked them to please not call me anymore and am now receiving four or five calls a day. I blocked the number, so they can't call me anymore.

after 40 calls ..finally someone spoke to me ..he said the bit about lowering credit card rates.would not give company name or return phone number

Called and left no message. Not sure who it is but I don't know anybody in Modesto, CA.
