When you anwer, they can make call from your phone

this people keep calling me and speaking spanish i don't speak spanish i have ask them to stop calling me but they keep callling one day they called me 5 time  how can i stop them from calling i want to press charges they are herassing me

This # calls me every few weeks, but doesn't leave a message. When I call back I get an auto Spanish message. I'm on the do not call list -- how do I stop this?

phone calls from this number is getting annoying. they speak spanish when calls are returned but no response of an actural person...i dont even live in california!!
