these people call me and say that i owe them 300 dollar that i did not recived i think they are lieing am talking to a layer right now

Same story as previously posted.  A person with thick accent called (caller ID was "0000" Thick accent (East Indian?) said there were legal charges a***nst me--I should call the 209 number and ask for Kevin Peterson.  W***ver answered claimed that bank fraud charges had been filed and asked for my attorney's name.  When I asked name of plaintiff and name of his company, connection was discontinued.  They had the last 4 of my SSN, probably from so****ing I had inquired about on the internet.  Will update if I hear more from them.

got a voice mail from this caller today, when i called back they said they were from a lawyer's office and that i had charges a***nst me. when i asked who they were they said the legal dept. and when i asked what this was about i couldn't understand a word they said. when i told them that i would have my attorney contact them they ***g up.  how do i report this?

Got a call from them yes****ay was strange couldnt understand them at all. How do u go about filling a complaint.

I was called on my cell and my work numbers. i dont answer unknown numbers on my cell phone however, I had to answer the work number. I was told I am being sued but the foreign person on the phone would not tell me who it was from or what it was about. All she gave me was a phone number to call and it would be explained to me. If it is a dept collector then she should have said the standard collector statement. But she did not.

I got a call from a "0000" number and the guy (poor english) gave me this 209-563-4220 number so i called it. I got another guy who spoke poor english and he told me i had three charges a***nst me, so****ing to do with payday loans, and that they were going to send someone to my work to talk to me. When i asked to speak with his supervisor he repeatedly refused and then told me to go to my doctor and get a mental check up! These guys are total scam artists!

this call came up 0000  and they left a message threatening to sue me if i didn't return call.  when i returned call the foreign person would not tell me the name address or supposed debt collector - I have a right to know who i may owe - however they said for me to just give them my bank information but would not provide me with who I was paying.
