they called me too. saying the same thing. i reported him to ic3.gov he threateneed to call my employer as well. and tell them i had commmited wire fraud or some crazy mess. google the phone number and print out the pages where it says they are scammers and take it to you old employer. Go file unemployment for being let go with no reason and when they say the reason was this show the paperwork. its a s**** i just hope that he doesn't wipe my bank acount clean

I got a call from this number saying that took out a 300.00 payday loan/cash advance. I did not but they are saying that I owe them 900.00 and they are suing me for fraud. I said can you give me the information on the loan when, who ect.. they said cash advance and they gave me this number. I call it and it is the same guy, and american name but it is an Indian speaking guy. I was worried at first but then I went to my bank and I NEVER got the 300.00 so I know it is a scam. What I am worried about is what is the scam because they did not try and get money from me they just kept saying i was going to be sued and what is my attorneys name is. They wont answer any of my questions they will just **** up. I had lost my job a few months ago for no reason they said we dont employ people here like you. I was confused because I have only had 3 jobs in my life and im not a bad worker I never missed work or anything bad so i was shocked I was thinking they may have called my work as they stated they have been and said some horrible things. Has this happened to other people and how do i prevent this from happening to my new employer and besides canceling my bank account what else should I do?Please help me.
