I got this call from this number 2days ago that I owed some loan money and that they will call a cop to pick me up.  Could this be real?

I have been recieving this exact phone call too! He says that I owe money for an online loan. When I tried asking for more information, he s****ed swearing at me. He's called my employer demanding that I pay the loan and has said that 2 officers will pick me up! These calls s****ed yes****ay, June 10 and have also happened this morning.. June 11.

I just received a phone message at my job.  They said that they were from the local Sheriff's department and they would come to my job Friday morning to pick me up and take me to the courthouse. Also, I should be prepared to pay $25,000.  I don't owe anyone $25,000.  I called back a person picked up by the name of Ryan Cruz and said that he was from a crime investigation office.

they say that they are from federal crime unit investigating a crime and want my attorneys name.  then today they told me there would be police to pick me up at my place of business.

I received this call today and this is a scam do not believe a word these people say. I am a paralegal and after confronting this people I backed them into a corner and he admitted this was a scam.Always remember you just don't get a call out of no where telling you that you owe money.  There is always a letter you get before this type of action is taken. Always ask for do***entation about the debt you owe.  Most timportant the police will not just show up at your door unless there is an order from a judge. Good luck and beware that there are more scams like this out there. This is my second in a month.

I have been getting the same thing, i called him back and he said that i "commited a crime"the area code seems to be comming from Modesto California. when i told him that there was no way i could have committed a crime, he told me that he has my adress, social security number and a officer from the sherrifs department was comming to pick me up. i've yet to see any law enforcment.
