They call me and said that I owed money and that they were going to pick me up and carry me to jail  the next day  They try to scam money out of me I told them that were going to pick them up frist

Matthew Miller called me at work Friday and left me a voice mail and then called my cell phone 3 times, leaving the same voice mail all 3 times - "this message is intended for Stacey *****, Stacey, the very second you get this message you or your retained attorney... blah, blah, blah"  I tried to call back and got no answer.  They called a***n this morning and read me an "affidavit" a***nst me from American Cash Advance.  I told him that I had already filed that "debt" on a bankruptcy (I haven't, don't even know what the debt is, but I told him that anyway to shut him up),  he then got very confused and I could barely understand him in his accent, but he said "they do not file bankruptcy, this is chapter 9 so****ing or other"  I cut him off a***n and told him I filed bankruptcy and he was not to call me at my work number as it's a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act.  Then I ***g up.  I'm curious to see if they call a***n.  This is a scam, third party collection agency trying to intimidate people into paying them money.  I've have received calls from people like this for the past year since my divorce and alot of my ex's bad debts, and not once has a lawsuit actually been filed.

This is a scam, these people have called me a few months back from a different number saying to call back or find myself in a "legal mess" then this week calls saying I owe them money and that will come and arrest me for fraud. these guys are idiots, you can hear them in the background calling other people saying the same thing! DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! If you recieve a call like this- call the Sheriff's department right away.

Hi My daughter is going through the exact same situation, and we are trying to see what we can do to stop this nut also. The nerve of this man harassing and threating her for so****ing that she did not not do.Are you still receiving calls we have different numbers that he had called her with, also c****ing his name , and his ***le he has gone from a  representative of the company to a lawyer, now an FBI Officer.

These people have called me twice today.  Who are they???? Jenifer Gray wishes me luck as this unfolds onto me. They didnt tell me who they are or what they want. Its getting annoying who can I report these people too?

i got a call from this number they knew my email and where i bank saying i took money from USA Cash and run.they said they will take me to court this friday. Some James Freeman with an accent called and they said they are " Law group of California" or "California law office"

I keep receiving harassing phone calls from these people claiming I owe a 'payday loan' that I never have taken out.  They won't quit calling me at work, on my cell phone, and they threaten me with jail time.Please someone stop these people, this is ridiculous.
