Same thing happened to me.....it is real scary...my hubby got on phone and said, "Go ahead, come and get me and I will greet you with open Triggers!".....then they ***g up.

I put the number in 411.com and it came up as a landline in East bay Florida.

Hello lisa I was interested in what kind of report your husband was filing I am having the sames problem Foster called my cell phone today 51 times back to back stating I owe a payday loan for 250$ they are also calling my place of employment which I am self employed, they must be stop maybe we can band together to try to stop these insane people I really believe they are located outside the US but have a california cell number.

Got the same messages from a man who can't speak English but has common English names - Tom Jones, David Johnson, etc..they were calling from a different number but must have had that one shut down.  Now this new number comes up but with the same message. "you or your attorney of record must call me the minute you receive this message...if you do not respond, then good luck to you".  I haven't been threatened with arrest or anything major league yet but I won't answer their calls either.  T

I have received six phone calls from this same number in one day as of 5/26/2010, and telling me, "Good Luck, I'm sorry this has to happen to you." When I call back the number is unavailable or a busy signal or the number you have reach is not in-service. I too was threatened that, "I or my legal rep must call back as soon as possible." I have sought legal representation and asked what should I do and I was told to get a number or name if possible. I was also told to ask the person to spell his name. This person on the other end has a Middle Eastern accent and it is hard to understand him.

I also received from same number. They also threatened me.  Said same about Sorry.  Alos said they would come to my house and arrest me.  My attorney has several clients with same one person has 30 calls on his cell phone.

just got a phone call from these people telling me that I was gonna go to jail for fraud , I asked him for the number back and when I called the number and asked him for the name of the law enforcement agency he was with he ***g right way . I am gonna see if he calls me a***n if he does , I will go to the police .

I received a called at my job may 24 telling a person I am going to court I am selfemployed I am a contractor so why they are calling I don't know  I walk in they gave me the phone this guy have a heavy accent  telling me I was going to court on wednesday for a 250$ payday loan from cashnet and I owe 5,490$  and ask do I gave an attorney I told the guy give me a number to call you back the number is 209-729-3826 i called the number a woman answered she said mr foster is in a meeting whe said I was going to court Tuesday which is Today she said I could pay 785$ today to drop all charges she said she will give me till Friday I s****ed thinking about this it made no sense to me I research the number w***ver these people are they can kiss my a** I am a private investigator now and I have ***p your game I'm coming after you now! cha cha

I just got the same call...A***N! It was from 209-729-3826 a lady with a very thick indian accent stating her name was Nancy Jones. Said I needed my attorney to cal them and if they do not hear from me, wished me good luck.  I actually just dealt with a huge ordeal yes****ay and filed a complaint with the police as well as FTC and the State Attorney General's office.  Unfortunately, there isn't much they can do as they people aren't even located in the US. Some how they are getting the number to show up as a US number but are really calling from a different country.

I just received a call from 209-729-3826 threatening me with jail time if I did not call back immediatly.  I actually just had a huge ordeal yes****ay, 5/24/10, where I was threathened with jail time for supposedly not paying back a payday loan I had taken out. They even called my place of employement and stated they were my attorney and that the police may come by and question me.  I filed a report with the police as well as had to have them ****** me to my car for fear that there was actually someone outside my work.  This is really scary and they do not stop!  I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and the State Attorney Generals office.

These a**holes are calling everyone in my life and trying to ruin my reputation. I hope they pay for this.

just got the call today IT IS A SCAM hubby is filing a report with right now. This guy even knew hubbys place of business. This is scary!!

i to have been getting these calls saying i needed to have my attorney call them . and if i dont have a attorney then he said goodluck with that and that if i dont get in touch with them they will arrest me and go to jail for 6 months. ive got the police involved and they are looking into the matter ive been told it sounds like a scam so beware people dont fall for it

This number called me unknown left a horriable message threatening me with fraud and jail time they then left this 209-729-3826 number for me to call back I was not able to get through but my sister in law was the guy yelled at her and told her he needed her phone number to look up her account then she said no that she wanted the name of the law firm so he gave her this name LAMPHIERE****OCIATES I have done research and can find no such law firm she then said that she wanted his agent # he got mad and yelled at her and asked her is she was done waisting his time and that her call was being recorded and she said good so is it on my end the guy ***g up the phone. I don't know who these people are but I want them to stop calling me, without c****ing my number I don't know how to make it stop.

I have received calls from this number for the last three days.  I haven't answered the call but it always has the exact same message.  Claiming that me and a friend of mine...how they got both of our names together is beyond me, I have never been in trouble with the law, much less commited an act of fraud.  If anyone has any advice to stop this and take action I am all ears.

We are having the same problem and have been****ured that it is a scam.  Have you tried to get a payday loan online recently?  They seem to be hacking in to the site and stealing information.  They have called us at work.  We had to file a police report, but they are in a different country.  Not sure what can be done.

theatening I commited fraud wont take no for an answer , keeps calling a business, when I call wont answer

While on vacation, I received a call at my office main number. Not my direct line. The caller had a thick Asian and asked for me by only my first name. He identified himself as Jack Wilson, and claimed it was urgent he speak with me regarding a pending case number. My****ociate took this number and called me. When I returned the call, I was asked to provide my phone number. When I refused and asked him to identify himself and his business, he became agitated repeated his demand then ***g up.Rip off of some sort.

also got the same call...this guy, with heavy indian accent claimed to be "david jones. He said that I had 3 charges a***nst me regarding unpaid payday loans...funny, since all loans i have made have been satisfied and and in good standing. He offered a settlement for $795 to have charges dropped, or he would be forced to press charges. When I asked more info about his lawfirm, he quickly said "I will see you in court" and quickly ***g up.please be away, these are scams just to get unsuspecting people to send money. just disregard this person, and have no worries. I did an intellius lookup on the number and it is based in angels camp california, but of course, no address is listed. I lol'ed at him, with such a heavy accent, choosing the name "david jones".

received multiple calls from this number saying i was going to be arrested for three counts of fraud.also called my daughter's old number with same message.also calling work and leaving threatening messages.every time they call they say i will br dragged to the court house the next morning-that has been several times now and wow i'm still here!

Someone left a message on both mine and my wife's cell phones to call this number.  The message also said that I was going to be arrested the next morning.  The man's voice had a deep accent and I could hear someone prompting him to say these things in the background.  Virtually the same message was left on both of our phones.I called the number and the man, who identified himself as 'Alex Smith' told me that they were the cybercrime division and they were charging me with various types of fraud, and that I needed to have my attorney contact them. He had my social security number and asked if that was me.  When I pressed him for the name of the law enforcement agency he was with, he just ***g up.In an effort to collect evidence, I called back and recorded the call.  A different male accented voice repeated similar information and asked me for my wife's phone number.  When I asked why he needed my wife's phone number, he said that he wanted to 'f__k' her.  The area code implies that these people are in Angel's Camp, CA, but I doubt that they are even located in the US.  Maybe this is a new type of terrorism, because I could not determine what benefit they receive from making this type of call.  They were not asking for money, just threatening to have be arrested for some made up crime.
