(209) 757-5214

I received a blocked call this morning and an Indian guy left a message stating that I or my lawyer needed to call right away and he left his 209-757-5214 number.  I knew right off it was some sort of SCAM as I don't owe anyone money.  So I did look it up and reviewed all of the above notes.  The guy then called a***n and before I could answer the phone the call went into voicemail.  Same thing, have my lawyer or myself call right away.  So I called the number back and some Indian dude answered saying that the place was some Federal whatever.  It sounded like a cell phone, so I ***g up and I ended up texting him to see if it was a cell phone.  I basically said in my text that I knew he was a SCAM cause he was posted over the internet and I told him to go "F" himself.  Anyways, it obviously is a cell phone because I didn't get an error message from my cell phone stating that it was a landline.  I know he probably got my number from some ****** loan thing I filled out on the internet.  I can't figure out why what he's doing is not considered illegal.  Fortunately for me and the rest of the people that posted his number - we're not naive enough to fall for this SCAM.  I feel for the people that do.  Anyways, I think websites like this one are great as it's the only way we can stick together and fight these SOB's...

Yes the same thing is happing to me I was looking for a loan on line ,  And I will never do that a***n.The First time thease people called me was from an 888 number ... this is a scam and Im going to c****e my bank ....

i received a call last friday from an indian accent guy he said his name was johnson smith he works for an attorney and they were gonna come to my place of b usiness and arrest me cuz i owed them money for so****ing i ignored the man and 8am this friday morning i received another call from this same number he said his name is brian johnson today and now they have three lawsuits a***nst me i dont knoww who this guy is but its bs but they have all my personal information so i did close my bank acct

I too had been loking online at loan information over the past week. Today I get a call from Michael ?? (i could not understand his last name). he stated he was from a federal law office representing blah blah blah easycash (easy cash was hte only portion of that i could understand - this guy has a very deep accent). he said that i owed them money and he woudl be sending paperowrk to the court to have me arrested if i did not make arrangements to pay today. I asked for a nubker to return his call, he gave me 209-757-5214. Later today I returned the call and the guy who answered simple said "hello" in a sleepy american voice. When i asked who i was speaking to to just handed the phone to someone else. then i asked a***n who i was speaking to and they asked who i wanted to speak to. i said i was returning a call from Michael. Michael came on the phone and he immediately knew who i was because of caller id. He said he represented "instacashusa" - huh...different company from this morning..... and that i owed them $445.00 and that they would be coming to take me to court on friday. I said well that will be hard since i am in Missouri and you are in california, he said dont worry about that, arrangement will be made - but you can make arrangement to pay this troday and we will not arrest you. i told them i had never doen business with the company and i had bank statements to proove no electronic business had occured btw us. he said i dont believe in bank statement or in anything else you may have to prove your innocense. i told them i would contact my lawyer and they could talk to him then i ***g up.I have never had a loan with either of these companies, so i am choosing to ignore these threats. however they are calling me at my workplace, they know the company i work for, and asked me to verify my account number at my bank (which i refused to do). They have my name and date of birth...it is scary...and on top of that i am trying to work, i dont need my mind cluttered up with **** like this. it is total harassment!!!  I have contacted my bank, they recommend that i close my currect account and reopen a new one ot be safe. Anyone else have suggestions on dealing with these people.

The man who answered said his name was Mike selms and he asked if he could help and I asked who he was and what business this is and he stated a Law Firm. After referencing the number and calling the do not call registery the number (209)-757-5214 is a bogus number. If anyone gets a call from this number disreguard it. It's like a spam message you would recieve on an email. These people are scam artists to take your personal security information and use it to their advantages. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION.. A WORD FROM THE WISE.

Then non-stop this person Indian decent calls her phone as well as mine and keeps saying his name is Mike Vincent and this is a time sensative matter and to call. So I called back and the number sounded distorted in the background like that of a cell phone. The man who answered said his name was Mike selms and he asked if he could help and I asked who he was and what business this is and he stated a Law Firm. they have called my work today 4 times; they have a very distinct indian accent and keep telling me to veryify my social security number which i will not do. I have told them that i am at work and to quit calling!!! They s****ed this last week and I don't know where to go. They did tell me to get my attorney to call them.

A guy "named" Mike Wilson; who has a very distinct indian accent. Calling saying that i owe him money; and he keeps calling my wor**** They are ignorant and tell me that i am going to be arrested. Is there anyway to stop these crazy people from calling?

i am getting these same calls at work, they are calling before 8 and these people are crazy!!! how do you get them to stop?

Called 3 times in a row on a Sa****ay morn to leave 3 back to back VM's alerting me to "call back asap, as it was time sensitive matter." Two days ago when I asked to be taken off list, I was accused of lying about being me.

Sorry im am stuck in it being friday still! I RECIEVED THE CALL SA****AY MORNING. not friday morning like I first put on there. Please disregard that first sentence I just looked at my phone & seen it was no doubt Sa****ay morning.

I got a call form this Guy named Rai Davis friday morning. I was frustrated as***** because you cannont even understand the voicemail.! All he went on to say is that the very second I recieve that message to call back & to get my attorney involved? i dont even owe anybody money! He also did not even state why he was calling he just said that he wishes the best if I do not return his call. When I actually do return the call these girls answering saying its there message line. & then **** up on me! How is that even professional!! Another thing I decided to leave a **** message & i ask the girl who answered why the number did not go through directly & she tells me that their office office is CLOSED on the weekends & will not be open until Monday. I recieved this call SA****AY MORNING from the guy himself. So how the***** are they not open yet he called my only 2 hours before I returned the Call? Has anybody else gotten this call before? I dont even know what I did!
