this is a scam. they call and tell you there's a lawsuit in your name but that if you send money it can be removed. they threaten that the police are coming to your home. I have found that if you tell them their number has been reported to your local law enforcement agency and that any recordings they have left have been forwarded to your local state's attorney office that you miraculously never hear from them a***n.

They called me saying i owe money; could not get any information; and it was not me. I asked them to remove number and stop calling; caller who was foreign just kept saying the same thing over and over and was very rude and **** up.
