They called me from 206-424-8655. The man left message on my work voice mail. He stated that I was going to jail . They theartened my 80 yr old grandmother. I called the number back he answered by using a differnt name. I know it was him . The guy who called first and left message said his last name was Hanson. Told him that I was reporting him to att. general office and w***ver else would listen to me. Told him what he was doing was illegal. Sorry for the typos. Im just shaking mad............

I got a phone call from Adam Mckenzie from a 209-812-0703 stating that they are calling me on a legal issue concerning cyber crime  but when i call the number back no one anser I was sure to block my number just in case the message sounds like is being read they stated they need to hear from me or my lawyer otherwise they will go to court since they have serious allegations for cyber crimes.

I think we do need to sue Cash Net USA I just got a phone call from 408.692.1047 stating that I needed to have my attorney and that they were gona have me arrested and they wish me the best of luck I ***g up on them and advised them to prove it. I've complained on Cash Net USA before thru the BBB and haven't gotten a response. Has anyone tried to s**** a class action lawsuit yet. This is ridiculous these people have my banking information and everything.

I agree. I have gotten two messages with the same thing. I refuse to answer, and if they have all this information, I am not ok with that. I am down with a lawsuit! this is outrageous.

I just got a call from the same # 650-963-0918. I am scared not to pay it because I don't want to go to jail.  I did get a payday loan about 5 years ago and I can't remember if I paid it back.  I let them take my money.  Am I going to be sorry for this?

DONT BE INTIMIDATED-Its a scam--I have had 25 phone calls to my cell phone in 1 day. Also had family members harrassed by cell phone. The same individual that calls is very hard to understand and each time he calls he gives a different name. I got a call from these same people. Their phone number is also 6509630918.  All they call and do is try and harass you into paying them money. Just report their number. If they ask for payment, get the name and information where they want you to send the money to and report that information.It is true. They do have your ss# and information about you. You might want to call the police and make a report as well as notify the credit bureaus.

Guys, My****istant manager just called me and informed me that some guy who sounded Indian called our store claiming to be from a "Cyber Crime Unit" and that I would go to jail if I didn't call them back.  I applied for a payday loan online about 3 months ago.  I don't have collections out on me (and I'mdefinitely not a cyber criminal), so this is clearly a scam. Someone actually answered when I called the number they left behind though.  Contact your local authorities and give them these phone numbers!  They called from (323) 928-4377 this time around.

I got the same call,we need to see if we can file a class action lawsuit a***nst cash net usa. They have my ss# and from what ive read ,they have others,they have somehow gotten into cash net usa's computer,and now we are all being contacted by god only knows who,cash net usa should warn people that their info was compromised,they are calling my work and they have my address.We need to stop them somehow!

I recieved a call from Maggie williams she had my social and my home address and claimed she would have police show up at my house to arrest me if I didn't return her call this is a bogus # I tried to call it back and it is always a busy signal I turned it in to an attorney for fraud.

These f#cks have called me before and threatened to harm my children. Motherf#ck them. Legal action is too genteel. I wish I could ****** them and their families in their beds. How dare they. They claim they're going to show up and arrest me at my job on Monday. I hope they do. I'll make sure a bullet is reserved for each ******* that shows. I got the same kind of call 209-820-4452  I got very angry with the guy, he told me that I received a payday loan and never paid it back.  he also told me that someone was going to go to my house to have me arrested  Tomorrow and I would have to pay a fine and have felony charges.  But he knew my whole SS # also.

I got the same phone call but the person's name was Jennifer. I retained an attorney and he said that no one can arrest you without a warrant (the police). Don't give any information out on you! Call the police department and file a report immediately. Call all three credit bureau's and play a 90 day fraud alert on your account, contact all banks, credit cards in your name as well. These people are fraud. I have also notified the FBI. This is ridiculous. This is cyber crime and it's fraud! Be Careful!

Received call at my work from a "Daniel" demanding the last 4 digits of my social security number, and when I refused to give it he claimed that I've committed cybercrime and they will be having someone come and arrest me for brea****g security.

wife got a voicemail from a maggie williams who gave this return number claims she is with cyber crime unit threatening to have my wife arrested at our residence all my research shows that this woman is a fraud and there is no cyber crime unit collections a person can not be incarcerated for owing money
