I got a call from this number. The person on the other end of the line spoke very poor English, and wanted my personal info. This is a Scam.

Call received 1-10-14 offering lower interest from "your credit card company" Caller was fishing for personal information and would not provide information regarding card or company they were calling about/for. When I asked for their information, caller ***g up, have received a busy signal since.
