SO THE DUMB F*** KEEPS KALLING ME WIT DIFFERENT NAMES HE KALLED MYY ROOMMATE LAST WEEK SAYIN HIS NAME WAS ROGER. HE KALLED ME THIS MORNIN SAYIN HIS NAME WAS OFFICER JOSE GARCIA OFFICER BLACK OFFICER ***T....ASKING FOR A b*** job **** HE IS SOO LAME  !!

So I got a phone call from this phone number this morning. They left me a messege stating that I had a payday loan out that hadn't been paid. He had a very heavy accent so it was hard to unserstand everything he said. I thought he said he was with the FBI and needed my attorney to contact them. This alarmed me so I called. Very hard to understand everything they were saying. They said I owed back a payday loan that I took out on Jan 18 2011. Well I knew I hadnt and They said now I owe them 680.00. So I asked them about this company that I owe money. I asked for their phone number and so I called it and no such phone number exsits!!! These people need to be stopped!!!

This guy threated me because I ***g up and he left a message on my phone stating "I will ruin your life"

Some slime called with a "docket number" and said that they were coming to take me to jail, that they were BCI and tomorrow I would be arraigned for not paying a bill.  They are certainly ****** enough when I called the number back to answer with so****ing other than BCI.  When I said that I did not understand and who was on the other end of the line, they then switched to BCI and wanted my name.  They also clamed to be the FBI liaison.  I ***g up.  Definitely thick ****stani or north african accent.  This number is located in California.  **** up on these people and do what I did.  Call the local state troopers and report these slime*****!!!

I received a call from a officer Jose Garcia. He stated that I took out a payday loan on January 11, 2011. I know that I did not take out a loan on this day. He then told me that someone else would come on the line and tell me about the case. When I told them it was all a fraud he s****ed to yell at me and telling me that a officer would be at my work place in two hours. Then he just **** up the phone on me.

This guy is a joke! Some guy with an african guy with and heavy voice that lying saying he is an officer. He said he work for BCI and that he was an officer, then he told me to hold he need to get an officer on the line. I then told him I though he was an officer. He stated he was coming to get me, i told him to come on

This caller claims to be an "officer" of the BCI (?) (It was inaudible because of the strong accent). I did hear "criminal investigations" which alarmed me. I forwarded a copy of the message which I found very disturbing as he ended it with a threatening "if-you-don't-return-the-call-then-I-feel-sorry-for-you" tone. My concern is also that he left a totally different number to call back.
