when i tried to call the number back I got a recorded announcement that said it was not a working number and it said "Stockton Service Cenhjter, Announcer One". I discovered that the Stockton Service Center is AnswerNet / Answer America Stockton Call Center - in other words an ansering service. Their phone number is 209-***-7199. I'm going to call them to find out whom from there was calling me, why, and why I cannot call back to the number that called me cuz this is*****a annoying !
