Got a call from this phone number offering to lower my cc interest rates for visa and mastercard. I told the caller that I do not have a master card and he responded by saying that he has a contract with both visa and master card. This has to be a scam since no cc company is going to call you out of the blue and offer to lower your interest rates. You have to call them and ask them to lower your rates. I tried calling the number back and it just rang repeatedly for a long duration with no answer.
