This guy has called me 5 times in a 3 hour time span before.  Very annoying.  He always asks about morgages or refinancing or owning property.  When I tell him I don't own property and will not for a long time, it seems to make him go away for a little while.  Still VERY VERY annoying though.  As bad as it sounds, the ruder I get with him, the quicker he ****s up and leaves me alone though.

We have gotten phone calls from this Gilbert Aguirre at (210) 212-4375, relentlessly for the past month.  His address comes up on the web at: 123 Carmen Place, San Antonio, TX 78207.  I don't know if anything can be done about this information with law enforcement, but it seems if there's an address attached to it, it might help.

I for got to mention in my previous message that this person was not american, and called 2x's feb.11, 1x that I know of on feb. 12, and three times feb.  All of the calls were within short times of each other. My husband did answer the second call, and he did the same with him, he got very nasty when my husband kept askig him to repeat himself.  He asked my husband if he had his D in his ears.

Asked for my husband, told him he wasn't here. He said his credit was bad.  I told him, please take me off your calling list.  He said but your not --, I said, I have the right to tell you not to call my number anymore.  He got very abscene.  Telling me that I f'd you last night how woould your husband like that?  How would you like my D up your nose and my B's in your mouth?I a***n told him to take me off the calling list.  He said you don't know who I am, I have your husbands social security number.  I told him that I was going to have this call traced.  I called my local phone co. and reported it and I also called my sherriffs dept. and reported it.  They are looking into it.  The call came up unknown name, but with the phone #.  I also gave the sherriff the possible name of this caller, that I got off this site from other people that he called, and the other phone # that he uses.  I am also reporting it to the do not call list and the FTC

I have too been receiving calls, SEVERAL, and they tell me my credit is bad, which it is not. I told them to remove me from call list yet they calls continue.  They also ***g up on me when I tried to get more info. It s****ed about mid January, 2008.  They called today A***N at 7:58am and 8:06am.  I have reported this number to the FTC and the DO NOT CALL REGISTERY just so it is out there.  Everytime I get a call I report it.  Prior to this number I was getting calls from 818-456-1234 with the same, bad credit!  Anyone else get a call from this number too?Also, they are all foriegn speaking as is not American english, I had a hard time understanding all of these people.

Keeps calling, rings a couple of times and then ****s up.  Wish I knew how to stop this idiot.

This caller is a scam. Wants money to repair and/or improve your credit scores. For $495 they will increase your credit scores by 100 points minimum. They want your credit card numbers and social security number. Do not answer their calls. If you do, **** up. Do not give them any information. I've reported them to the local authorities and they are presently under investigation. Personally, jail would be too good for them.

Calls relentlessly. Never answers. Never leaves message. He needs to stop.

This number has been calling 6-8 times a day. Wife answered one call. Caller tried to say our credit report was down. Totally untrue, because we have a perfect credit history, monitored by a private service. Caller ID is Gilbert Aquirre. Calls are harassment. The people responsible need to see the inside of a jail.

Have received their calls from 8:30 am till 9:00pm EST EVERY DAY for the past month!!!  No one is ever on the other end of the call... If I ever get an actual voice on the other end - GOD help 'em!!!

My husband answered the phone, the caller asked for me, when I answered, they ***g up.

Said my credit report was down by 100 points.  He didn't know what he was talking about.  Not sure what he was trying to sell, he ***g up because he could not answer my questions. Received 3 more calls from this guy on the same day.  Called back and it just rings and rings.  Called a***n the following day and I answered every time and they **** up.  I am on the DO Not Call List. How do I get this to stop?

got a call today 2/6/08 at 8:45, from this guy at this number,let the ma****e get it(no message) checked caller id and sure enough, this guys name and ph #

I received a call from this number.He would tell me who he was and ***g up.  Tried to sell me mortgage %.

I was called by a person with this number.  I didn't get what company he was from, but he told me [must be offering some products or services] but he said that my credit report is not good at this time [I immediately stopped him to find out where he got his information. My credit score happens to be 741.  I asked him if 741 was a bad score. He ***g up on me.

CALLS US 5 TIMES A DAY! WHO IS THIS PERSON????
