Leave a CommentForeign accent - trying to verifying my job ***le. Called SPI Global. Said I didn't know who they were and ***g up. Called them back repeatedly but # was always busy. My advice: **** up - don't divulge anything
Calling federal agencies saying they are with SPI Global and updating Federal Contract Database. Called like 200 of our phones in one day. 210-242-1532 shows on caller ID but if you call it back it asks for phone number followed by PIN. Annoying as heck for everyone. One guy that called (foreign accent) said his name was Michael Knight and his phone number is 804-968-2625 which resolved to a fax ma****e.
Received a call and had someone with a slight foreign accent ask for me by name and job ***le.They insisted that I give them my office fax number. Told me they were SPI Global. I tried to call the number back and got a answering service to put area code and number in the message then asked me for a pin number. I never spoke to person when I called the number back.
Received a call and had someone with a slight foreign accent ask for me by name and job ***le.Told them that the person they asked for wasn't at this office anymore and could I take a message. They then asked if I had a number for him and I told them that I wasn't at liberty to give out that information and could I take a message, they were silent for a while then said " Ohh. ok " then ***g up.
They called and left a big breath sound. I called back and the phone answered by asking for the phone number and area code. When I entered that code....they asked for a pin. I have no pin.
