Calls 5 times each day since 2009 Jan. This is an ATT local number in San Antonio. Best way to stop them is to file a complaint with ATT and say these people are abusing their ATT name.

I have been getting these calls from 210 331 5230 since the beginning of 2009. And like others comments they do not leave message to iden***y themselves. I have file complaint with national donotcall.gov and fcc and local regulatory authority. And I was told ( at least locally) unless they tell me there product they can not do anything.I have called the phone number and it did iden***y as att vendor. These calls need to stop one way or the other. How absurb that a company would do this to consumers they are trying to do business with.

This vendor calls my house at least 8 times per day. I just talked with a rep there she said they were AT&T. I made her clarified if they were an AT&T vendor or my phone company. She stated that they were and are a vendor. I requested to be remove me from their call list. She advised she could do that and to allow up to 30 days for all of their locations to be updated. No promise that I won't be receiving additional calls until then. BS!

This is from an authorized AT&T vendor that bought your name from AT&T to seel you services. I called them back and told me to take my name off their call list. They agreed and said it would take 30 business days. I suggest everyone do the same or they will keep calling.

I believe this number is coming from an illicit political organization.  A female with a heavy foreign accent attempts to ask questions, and it is obvious that the call is being recorded.  She claims to be with AT&T but it is obvious that the call is not coming from AT&T.  She asks then that you repeat your name.  I told her that if she "were indeed with AT&T, she would know which type service I have," along with a few choice words.  Yet they continue calling back, five times today.

Managed to talk with an accented woman who wanted to offer me the opportunity to subscribe to AT&T High-s***d Internet. I told her that I'm already a subscriber. She offered to DOUBLE my s***d for five bucks more a month.I asked how she, that is, West Business Services, is connected with AT&T. (See post immediately above.) She****ured me that they ARE AT&T, just a different division located in a different office, and that's why the Caller ID is different.Yeah, right.

Another call came in from this number today while I was walking the dogs. They left no message. I returned the call to some place called West Business Services. The woman told me their call was simply a courtesy call from AT&T to say thank you for being an AT&T customer.I phoned AT&T to confirm the legitimacy of the call from West. I was told by a woman in the AT&T telemarketing department that they have no****ociation with West Business Services.

This number comes up as both "private" (on Tuesday evening) and "West" (Wednesday afternoon).I spoke with a woman who claimed to be with AT&T on Tuedsay. Explained to her that I was at that moment sitting in a live chat lesson for school (online) and couldn't talk. She said she'd call back. She had a foreign accent.

As the other poster indicated, this is a scam artist saying they are with AT&T in an attempt to get your personal information.

This number calls my house as well.  I wish I knew what number I could call them back and tell them to stop calling.  All I get is so****ing that sounds like a fax ma****e.  I wish I could talk to someone from that number because I would curse them out!

This number calls me several times a week, at all hours of the day. They never leave a message and if I pick up, there is no one on the other line.

This number regularly turns up on my home phone caller ID. I don't answer the phone during the day, so I don't have any idea of who it is. There's never any message.

If this is an authorized vendor of ATT and you've ever had ATT as your phone company then being on the 'do not call' list doesn't mean a thing. I've been getting calls from this number forever and don't even bother anymore. Their computer has already called my home 7 times today.

I keep getting calls from this number too about 5 times a day. It's really getting out of hand. I answered it a couple of times, and both times, there was no one one the other end. It's beginning to annoy me. When I don't answer, they don't even leave a message. How are they allowed to get away with this?

I have received 8 calls in one day from this phone number. Obviously a telemarketing company but why are they allowed to call people on the Do Not Call list and why do they call so many times. Thank goodness for Call Block.

This number calls and no onw says anything. I called back and a recording say I have reached an authorized vender of ATT and to please hold while the call is transfered. I didn't want to hold. They have call at least twice a day for days now.

This is a scam artist pretending to be from AT&T trying to get your personal information.   I gave them so much bogus information it will be funny when they try to use it.

It's an AT&T vendor, according to their message before the line goes on hold. They called my home after 8pm last night & I told them that was too late to call. They called twice today on my home phone when I wasn't home but didn't leave a msg. Instead, they left what sounded like a fax tone on my answering ma****e twice. I've tried calling back to tell them to remove me from their calling list, but either the line gets disconnected or I sit on indefinite hold!
