Threatened me to not do so****ing I didn’t do ever a***n

Needed my bank information and I owed the IRS money.

Said he was the attorney of a lottery winner and that my nbr was randomly picked for a donation. Of course he asked for a $50 activation fee and banking info... I even called him and he was so foreign, I barely understood him.

They were asking me to verify my address. The next day they ask me to confirm my date of birth. They didn't have my right information. When I asked the reason for call, they said I had to confirm my information before they tell me who they are and why they are calling for.

Caller said my full name and told me he didn’t mean to call me. Then he ***g up.
