Long delay. Asks who you are. Background is noisy like a call bank

Nothing is ever said. They call here at least once a day, every day. Sometimes twice a day. They never talk and the call lasts about 17 seconds before I hear a busy signal on my end. It's always the same thing. I make up things to tell them in case they can hear me!
