I got a call from these SCAM guys this morning. 1st Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME 929-555-0175 It s****ed out with a guy speaking bad English (sounded like he was from India). He is telling me my computer was sending errors to their server. Then after a few steps he has me type into the computer, he say's that he needs to transfer me to someone else - he s****s to transfer me to someone else and I ***g up. I get a call back from these guys. The same noise is in the background. This time 2nd Call D shows: TEXAS 210-526-6628 I ask him where he is located and he tells me New York. Then why does the caller ID show Texas I ask. Our server is located someplace else he says. Our server called you. After making like I am following his directions: I enter on the left side the Microsoft Windows key and R a Command Window opens and now he tells me to type in: eventvwr Well at this point I know he is trying to do so****ing to my PC or get my credit card information.. I make like I am following his instructions a***n but it gets to the point that I suspect he knows that 1- I ma an Idiot or 2 - leading him along. But No, he thinks I am not doing so****ing correctly. I decide to end the call and tell him I am not buying into his Scam. He continues to talk to try to convince me I need to do this. I told him I was wasting his time but he try's to threaten me that, I am very foolish and sort of indicates he will do so****ing to my computer. I ***g up and did a Google Search for - eventvwr and came up with articles on the Scam. SO BEWHERE OF THESE PHONE CALLS - IT"S A SCAM! http://www.howtogeek.com/180514/the-%E2%80%9Ctech-support%E2%80%9D-scammers-called-htg-so-we-had-fun-with-them/

Would like to send these annoying ***** scammers to the Middle East
I qualified for a $9K gov. grant...REALLY...why is there an Asian telling me this ****??
I get a call at least once a week from this phone number (210) 526-6628. It's always the same exact woman with an Asian/Indian accent asking if I want a discount on my South Jersey Gas bill. She wants me to verify all types of private information over the phone, which obviously I never do. I've asked her to add me to the DO NOT CALL list which never happens and she always says "Ma'am this is the first time I'm calling you" (which to my recollection is not accurate). I'm so annoyed at these ****** phone calls and people who try to steal your iden***y.
Said*****o and waited. No response received on other end, they ***g up.
What is the no/call list good for? Why won't authorities go after both those ignore it and those s****ing.
They keep calling asking for some dude named fernando, sounding like a debt collection thing but keep calling even after being told they had the wrong person and number, so i just filed a few complaints, came here and from now on, If I want a good laugh and they call, I'll just cuss them out until they **** up (and go cry in a corner questioning their existance) lol.
Spam!!!!!! Tell them to stop calling you!!! They are spammers!!! Do NOT GIVE them any info!!!!
I have caller I D didn't answer when Texas came up on my Phone! I ignore call when I do not know anyone in these cities
SPAM!!! Says my computer is sending his company, DB Tech Sopport, error messages. Says anytime there is a problem with Microsoft they are contacted. Told the guy I know he's trying to scam me, I have an Apple computer!!! No Microsoft here!! Haha!! Tell him never to call you a***n before you **** up on him!!!!!
Male with Indian accent said he was from Microsoft and my computer was sending malicious eMails. Wanted a credit card number, and for me to enable Remote Desktop so he could "fix" it. Told him I run Linux and where to stuff it. They've called three times within the week. Microsoft never calls computer users unless the users call first.

((((((Scammers))))))
ONE ***DRED (100%) PERCENT SPAM. Running MULTIPLE SCAMS from this same S****ED number - which is actually originating from OVERSEAS in INDIA or ****STAN. Some of these scams include "lower your interest rates", "Free Cruises", "Debt Collection" and "Fix your computer remotely." ALL ARE PHONY, FAKE; LIES. All are PHISHING SCAMS to get enough info from you (even if they have partial info) to STEAL YOUR IDEN***Y and EMPTY YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS. BEWARE. If you have Caller ID and don't recognize the number DON"T ANSWER. Let it go to answering ma****e/voice mail to see what they might say OR pick up/**** up to break the call and 'confuse' the computer robodialer. If you can, BLOCK the number with a call blocking system. NEVER call these numbers back, some are programmed to charge a $25 or more SERVICE FEE PER CALL and/or ***DREDS of DOLLARS per minute.
THIS INDIAN GUY CALLED SAYING I have a computer virus and he was going to help me clear it up. As soon as I asked what company he was with he ***g up on me. SCAM FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
