Wait a minute!  They call me repeated when we are still in the GRACE period to ask when we're going to make the payment.  We NEVER have a late charge and the payment is always made within the grace, depending on when we get paid. I am so sick of this.  No one calls when you aren't even technically LATE yet. And they're so completely RUDE when you do get them on the phone. We've asked them to stop and they say "No.  We own your house."

this is no joke! this number is a third party that is trying to collect a debt . they state that can help with modification with your home loan. the department witch they work for is called mitigation! beware! because they leave the most important part out of the hole name, its realy lost mitigation. they call from viop numbers as well as stated from other people, but didnt put together untill now that they are one in the same trying to collect a mortgage loan debt .210-543-5634 & the most commen one is 210-543-5400 and 1-800-642-0257.

The call once or twice a day and there is never anyone on the other line when I answer.  If this is legitimate, why isn't there someone there to identify him- or herself?

The call is from Wachovia Mortgage in San Antonio, Texas. They are calling about your mortgage. It is a legit call.

210-543-4000 used to be World Savings, then they were bought over by Wachovia. These people call me on my cell at least 4 times a day with a pre-recorded message at 10 AM, 12 Noon, 6 PM and 8 PM. They called their customer service Number to tell them to stop and they ***g up on me. I filed a complaints with FTC - I bet that won't do any good either.

These a**holes call me at least twice a day for some one named Allan Mcphee; They say Wachovia Mortgage, but seeing as I dont own a house, I'm getting pretty ****ed. I've called them three times at their customer service number and had my telephone put on the "do not call" list, but apparently they're too ****** to follow their own notes. I'm thinking about getting in touch with my cell company to block the number, if that is possible. So, if Allan Mcphee ever happens to read this post, please call your mortgage cmpany and tell them to stop calling me.

I get about 2 calls from 210-543-4000 every day.  When I answer, there is knowone there.Very annoying.

I wrote in on line for mortgage information and have been called 2-3 times a day by this number on my cell phone ever since.  When I answer no one is there and when I call back "there is no greeting available for this number." I have left the message repeatedly to stop calling me.  I see on this website that Wachovia or Countryside might be the involved culprit.  I will not work with either one of them (will question them first). This antic is unbelievably unprofessional and anyone****ociated with it not worthy to do business with.

Someone keeps calling from this number to our home number at least once a day. It is a recording announcing a new CD. The person thanks us for supporting them and goes on and on and on. I am actually wondering if this is a scam from a 900 number that will show up on my phone bill.

This is the number that comes up when someone calls you. My husband uses this number to call me at work, he presses my extension after the greeting. We have direct lines that our families and customers can call but our direct lines do not show up on the caller ids. it shows the main number 210-543-4000. I know because I've called my husband from my desk using my direct outside line during breaks or lunch and when I get home the caller id shows the main number 210-543-4000. It does the same to cell phones. I know we have an outbound center that calls people sometimes to offer help with their mortgage for some reason or another. This might be the same outcome on the caller id.

I am receiving calls multiple times per day from this company/phone number (2105434000).  Calling the phone number back does not connect me to a live person or a voicemail box. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling and they continue to call.  This harrassment needs to stop immediately.  I think this is a scam and caution other people receiving calls from this number.

wellI have no say..I left e message to Wachovia web site about my mortgage.People from this number called me and never said World Savings..However, I got a rate for refinance at 6 % with 1000 fees..He said that he will be in tuch with me and and didn't hear a***n..So I called back, and somebody else gave me 5,3 % with 4000 fees.???????????Now somebody else called me and wants to know how how much do I have in Checking account..I said is none your business..She wants a copy of do***ents without sending me anything to sign..hahahah no freakin way..They are ****** and they are not training well..or cheaters..who got the info from leak..

I recvd 2 calls on my cell phone as well. I spoke with the agent who told me it was Wachovia...formerly World Savings calling to offer me a lower rate on my mortgage. I was in the bank 3 days prior to the call inquiring about lower rates and was told none were available. I'm not sure what to think about this caller.
