Calls from a different number if blocked

No one on the line when I answer.

this phone number appears in my phone and they dont leave messages and when I call back and tell them to stop dialing my number they ignore my request.

Some prerecorded message.  Didn't wait to here what is was.  It s****ed off: "Hello, please wait for an important business call" then put on hold.   Sounds like some robo-calls trying to generate customers.  Other sources (YP) trace the number to:Michael J.
