White male, mid 20s-mid 30s, American, posing as USAA fraud department representative to scam USAA customers into depositing money from their own checking/savings account into a fraudulent account by way of using a deposit slip written out to Snooze Sett for $10,000 at Chase bank locations. Most recently in Harker Heights, TX. Same situation with looking for suspicious tellers.

The caller did not give me a name or at least one that I can remember. He insisted that I go to my bank and withdraw $4500. Then he said he would get other Chase employees busted for conning me out of $4,5000. He instructed me to hold the phone to my ear and repeat what he’s telling me to say. I went to the bank, walked in the door and as he was asking me questions about how many tellers, and if there were a lot of customers etc. there was one person in line ahead of me, and I decided to hang up on this idiot before I got to the teller..
