My bill is not due till the 28 but they are calling and calling should never have gotten their card thought it was good

They claim to be credit one bank but I don't believe them. It's a scam.

the number 210-892-2188 has been calling both cell and home phone for past 5 days, leaving no messages or leaving one that you cannot understand andstaticy. I refuse to answer any calls

I had but now had Credit One Bank. They called me every Monday at the same time for the whole month. I told them specifically when I got paid and they said well why then? Let me tell you this. I am a very tell it like it is person. They kept rattling there mouth with excuses I told them if they hung up on me I would call them back every time. They still kept rattling on about the same stuff. I told them to shut the f up and listen to me and tell me why you are calling on a contant basis. So I asked can I can talk to an American who can understand simple English only to be transferred to a manager who didnt speak English either. I asked again and he literally admitted that they cant do that. I ask why again and he said because we are ran out of India. I knew how to get them to fork out them being a scam. I do this to every debt collector I have done it for about five yrs it works and they never call back.

Called me every 15 minutes from 8:30 am ! Ghetto company using middle easterner to make their calls, NEVER do business with Credit One! They r ruthless!!!!

I have yet to answer the phone from them. I get up to 18 calls a day. When I send it to voicemail they call right back. Who ever it is, this is beyond excessive. Besides all my bills are up to date. I never get a voicemail message or anything else. But these calls start at 8 a.m. and end at 8 p.m.

Credit One bank they like to call 7 times a day starting 2 weeks before my bill is due. Calls started today May 14th, my bill isn't due until the 28th of every month and I am current on my payments.... A$$holes!!

Don't pay them any mind cause The company about their 3rd party callers n they said that their calls would be coming from unknown numbers anyway u can't trace. These spammers that call will keep calling so just don't answer n you won't be feeding them what they want, "to make u crazy".

I just changed my number 4 days ago and I have gotten 28 calls from these people! 28!! No one answers! Calls vary from 7am-10pm! I know no they're robot calls because my recording plays a this line has been disconnected tone for certain calls!

The amount they wanted me to pay was different from my statment and I told them I would call them back using the number on back of card and they said no, then gave me a different number to call?

been getting calls from this number all week. i would answer almost every other call and would get hung up on. finally, I answered today, sunday afternoon and heard a voice on the other end. they said they were with credit one bank trying to collect a debt, they did not verify who i was or my account and asked for my account number to my bank. my account is not in collections, besides, credit one bank call centers are closed on sunday's. i think this is a scam.

Everytime I'm late paying Credit one Bank they will start this stupid calling. I would almost wonder why in the heck is a legitimate business making calls where they don't leave messages. I'm not proud to say, all of my other credits that I owe money always leave a detailed message, even if they have to do it a thousand times a day. Why the phanton calling technique? That gets you nowhere!!

called my hoiuse 6 times today , left no message...I redialed it using my caller ID..some older lady in minnesota answered and said she did not call me. Don't know how it called her back?????

my eldaerly parent got a call from this #.claiming it was a person issue.but the refused 2 say who they were what they wanted then asked if he was a minnor,if he was married so forth and so.kept trying 2 put when on hold when i told them the only way they were going 2 talk 2 him was by speaking with me they kept trying 2 put me on hold.when i told them they weren't from any collection company and i would trace there # and report them they hung up quickly

It's CreditOne Bank ........... i called them back got a series of recorded messages was clicked over to possibly different call centers....then some guy answered then he hung up on me.

I get calls from this number at least 5 times a day. I have stopped answering because nobody is ever on the other end, and there are never any messages left. When I call back, it asks for my S.S.N. and there is no way in heck I am going to give that out to an unknown, over the phone. I think this is a scam attempt.

Received first call from this company today, they didn't leave any message. Caller ID listed only Texas Call.  I had just installed a new phone and had not yet personalized the outgoing message.  But now I think I'll keep the obviously system generated, male voice that says simply "leave a message after the tone"!

I just got a new cell phone and number, about a week ago 210-892-2188 keeps calling, so I did a little research and found out that is it Credit Bank, I have no account with them. They call me about 10 times a day and its really making me mad! Their is no reason for them to call me!

I was a little late on my card payment to Credit One (never been late before). I kept receiving calls from the questioned number. They always spoke with a heavy mid-eastern acent(saying that they were Credit One Bank). These calls were at all times of the day. I got the number of the Bank in Los Vegas, NV and found out they use off site collection methods(out of the country). Also, when I did not answer and hit redial a local number answered. The Bank said this was because they had to have a stateside number to make a call within the states. Get away from these people. They are rotten,greedy and abusive to the core.

JUST BOUGHT PREPAID CELL PHONE AND GOT CALLED FROM 210 892 2188

This number has called me 5 times today and I do not have any credit cards for a bill collector to be calling me.  The first three times they left no message and then they hung up on me.  On the 5th time they were rude and kept asking for my son, who is 25 and lives in another state.  It should be against the law for them to call relatives about any collections!

Extremely hostile indian or pakistani voice (male) refuses to identify himself or what he is calling about. We do not have any account with Credit One (as given in previous people's complaints)

It's Credit One Bank.  They called me and when I answered I told them they would have to call back because I was about to step into my 18 niece's funeral.  They were extremely pushy and said "well this will only take a few minutes to take care of... Please give me your debit card number... "  I hung up on them.  Ugh.  They call at LEAST 5 times a day now.

Dozen Calls a day, no one on the other end when answered. CreditBank Refuses to accept communication from anyone who does not have an "Account" with them. Extremely Hostile and Suspicious with no regard.
