I received a scam call from this number. The recorded message (a very familiar robovoice) said that I had purchased services from Global IT and my bank account would be charged $399. I was told to "press 1" if I accept the charge. The message left the number above to cancel. I called the number. I talked to the "Corrections Department". I was told that I had a recurring debit for computer services. It was apparent that I had reached some offs**** boiler room. I asked where the office was and was told that they were not overseas, but in ***tsville, North Alabama. It was obvious that this is an offs**** scam.

I received what I believe was a scam call from this number. A voice mail message was left saying my credit card was being charged $399.00 and wanted me to call back within 24 hours if I wanted to cancel. No company name and no description of the item or service to be charged was given. I did not call back, but I might call tomorrow from an untraceable number to see if I can get any further information.
