Not sure exactly - I used to get these calls all the time on my home phone - now that we've cancelled it, I just got it on my cell (I am on the Do Not Call List). It is a recording - "Credit Card Services" - "There is no problem with my account, now . . . ." I have previously tried going through their recording so I could talk to a real person, but when I ask who they are/what their company is, they **** up on me.

Pre-recorded offer to lower rate on credit card account. What 'bank' they were calling from was not disclosed.

Just called. Didn't leave a msg. Blacklisted!!!!

They ***g up after I answered.
