Scam don't answer

I'd like to know how they are getting my unlisted # and on a no call list. Have called numerous times and do not leave a message.

They keep calling and not answering and ****ing up ‼️‼️

Who are they? How long does it take them to understand that I won't answer their call?

Thinking it was a call I was waiting for, I answered it but a split second I looked at the screen and it was an unfamiliar number so I thought quickly and used a reply that I knew would puzzle anyone and it worked. There was a long silent pause and then a ****-up.

They call me all the time & I have asked them who r they & take me off their list - But they don't listen to me & continue to call 2-3 X's a day!

calls all day every hour. harassment is illegal right. don't answer unless you have a lawyer with you!
