I got a recorded call from this number telling me they could lower my credit card interest rates. When I pressed 9 to speak with someone, they told me the name of their company was "Card Member Services for Visa/Master." He said they could lower my interest rates to < 6%. When I asked where their company was located, he ***g up on me.
