Message said they were "Account Service" to lower my credit card debt, which I don't have. I pushed a #1 so I could speak to someone. Got a man with heavy accent and poor connection named "Sam." I told him I was on the "No Call List" and asked him to removed my name from their list. I've done this before without any success. I did get 1 full moth without any of these calls after writing to my U. S. Senator and U. S. Representative complaining about the calls. I told them the the "Do Not Call Registry" should be a self-sufficient federal agency with salaries coming from the fines to the companies who call people on the Registry. I believe you can fine a company up to $6,000 per call.. If more people would write to their US congressional representatives about this issue, I think we would get less junk phone calls.

Left no message - when I try to call this number, I get a fast busy signal. I live on the west coast, this number is not from anyone whom I know.

Got a call from this number telling me they could lower my interest rate. I've never had spam calls to my cell. Wonder if it has to do with filling our Warren Buffets billion dollar ***cket and having to leave my cell since this is co-sponsored by quicken loans and everyone's calls s****ed today.

called and a recording said "MY" credit card company needed to speak to me about lowering my rates without naming any Company. Press 1 to speak to a representative, 2 to not receive anymore offers (but confirms that it is a functional #) I did not push any number or speak so they ***g up. Called the NY # back and no answer.

Called but since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. Spammer because I don't know anyone in NY and if it was from a reputable company with real business, they would leave a vm!

Automated message about lowering interest rate on my CC. Spoke with an individual who did not have any of my information. When I asked if he was from my credit card company he ***g up the phone.
