Fraudulent credit card issued under my name by Citi Bank, who TRANSFERRED the call to FBI at this number. I felt this was a scam, so I called FBI directly and was told it was a scam.

Said I saw a under age *****ge the****** in west chester. I told him he was wrong. I have seen any *****ge the******s in west chester. And I only see Licensed the******s. He said I will be arrested. I called my lawyer. And he verified with the FBI. This was a scam.

Says they are FBI Joint Terrorism task force.
