The same here. 04/09/2014 Female voice msg offered an opportunity to reduce interest on my credit card but she didn't say a word which bank she is representing. Gave option to accept offer or decline by pressing 1 or 2 on keyboard but **** up right away.

spam. Recorded msg, said they can reduce credit card interest rate.

Called left no message. I did not answer because I don't know anyone from NY. So sick of spammers.

This number called me and I didn't answer. Didn't leave a message either

The caller is a recording stating that they are offering an opportunity to reduce interest on your credit card but they don't say what company they are representing. I'm sure that they are phising

Call rcvd 2:01pm. did not answer - they left msg. "...We can****ist you in lowering your interest rates...blah blah blah ... "This will be your final notice...blah blah blah."
