A male with 'Indian' accent speaking English - said he was from Microsoft and wanted to help me with my computer. JUST **** UP! Microsoft does not call individuals randomly!!!!!!

Some man, faking a foreign accent, called me indicating they were calling from "Windows" about my computer viruses, and that they've contacted me several times before and this will be the last time before they take action. They also said that they've been monitoring my internet activity and can report me. I said, "Really? Just so you know, I'm recording this conversation, because I know it is a scam" and then they ***g up.

Follow up: I contacted Verizon concerning this number. They indeed said the number was not in service, but explained that hackers can make it look like any number they want you to see on your caller id using a ****od called "s****ing". So I asked what I can do to stop these unwanted calls. Verizon's answer: Just **** up.

This is the fourth call we received from this number. Each time I answered, there was nothing except the first time there was heavy breathing. Today they called a***n and my wife answered. A male voice with an accent asked where she was located. My wife ***g up. Tried calling back but message says number is not in service. Not in service? How can that be when the call originated from that number. Next time the police will be notified.
