Received this call, but did not answer it.  They left a message.  I had a Honda in for service a few weeks ago.Honda must be a bunch of knuckleheads, at least leave a message.   In these days of caller ID and integrated voice/email systems.  Causes a bunch of people to spin their wheels (no pun intended...)Hopefully Honda is listening...

Just had a missed call from this number @ 8:***m. No message was left, however we just had the Odyssey in for service??So I called the # and I received a ma****e...it stated that it was the"Honda Customer Research Center" calling on behalf of "The Honda Corporation"...they called because my Honda was recently in for service...They do not leave messages, because they say there system is not set up for that. Also said the hours of operation are M-F 5pm-8:45pm, yes 5pm to 8:45pm.. Sa****ay 10am - 2 pm...They stated that they will make up to 6 attempts to reach you in a 10 day period. They also stated that at any time you do not want to parti****te in  the survey to notify them next time they call...Hope this helps, not sure if this has anything to do with the parole guy up top, looks like 3 years ago??

Got a call from this # @ 845 pm.  Did not aswer.  Did the revers thing and found this.  I left a message with the porole officer as per above.  He is probably on in hte same.

From sear****g this is a follow-up call to check on recent Honda service.  So****ing wrong with automated calling system.  USUALLY no one is there when you answer phone.  When and IF the call actually connects, the rep on the other end acts surprised to hear that there was a problem with there previous calls.

This a Honda Customer Research center calling on behalf of Honda to conduct a survey on your most recent dealership service experience.  They don't leave messages, but if you call the number back, their voicemail says that they will attempt to reach you over a period of (10) days.
