speaking some kind of asian foreign language that i could not understand

The robo voice mail informs me that there are four serious allegations pressed on my name and I need to call before legal action is taken a***nst me. Total scam to scare people out of a credit card number.

Possibly computer generated female voice with terrible grammar claiming I have 4 allegations about "tax filings" on my name, and they will send "local cops" after me if I don't respond within "24 working hours"

Yep, another call from this number. They are sending the local cops and a warrant is out for me! I don't think I'll wait up for them.
