Two things: 1) My mothers been receiving calls on her unlisted cell phone for me for about two years now. The caller claims that they're looking for a Michael Hinton (me,) who supposedly wrote a check to a store in Barberton, Ohio some years ago that bounced, and they want to collect. The amount is supposed to be for less than $50.00. I talked to these people over a year ago, and was told that I and my mother would be taken off his list.2) My mother received yet another call from these people yes****ay, and a***n they mentioned the same ficticious company from before, and wanted to know how to get in touch with me, Michael Hinton to pay an outstanding debt. I tried calling them today and no one answered the call.Naturally, we referred these people to our attorney as well, and he can't get through to anyone either.This kind of thing is out of hand and so****ing should be done about it. I've never given my Mother's cell number to anyone and haven't written bad checks to anyone let alone some unknown company in Barberton, Ohio. They've been asked to contact my attorney; they've been given another number to call and haven't; When I or my attorney calls the number they leave, you can't get through to them.....What we want is to be left alone and for them to get a clue and lose my mothers number. Receiving daily calls, usually no message.  Yes****ay, the caller, left her name, Linda Martin.  Today, she was Lisa Martin.  Leaves a message to call her back today at (800) 373-7304. Looked up the 800 number and it is  Luebke Baker &****ociates.  She makes it sound like we are old friends and is trying to reach me.  Read Ripoff Reports about this company.

Calls almost daily.  No message.  No caller there when I answer.
