I get the call every single week day. Never at the same time. A voicemail is never left and when i answer they **** up. I tried to have the number blocked but was told that it is not possible to do so. How do i get it to stop?

This call comes to my cell phone almost every day in the afternoon, and  I always miss the call.  Occasionally my voice mail will pick up but there is never a message left.  If I call the number back, a recording tells me that the number is disconnected, but the number listed is different than I one I dialed.

This call always appears as a ****up/missed call.  When I DO happen to catch the call and answer, they always **** up.  Why is the call ID information showing Los Angeles CA and the caller claiming to be in the Carribean?  What is the point of the call if the caller always ****s up?

Call received today from this number.  Person on the phone was looking for someone here (my business) who passed away almost a year earlier.  We advised the caller, and, like other similar calls, the caller promptly ***g up.

I actually called ins***utional investor customer service after I spoke to the lady in the caribbean to alert them to this, and the woman at II did not at all seem concerned and said that it is probably some telemarketing company that they have hired to call about subscriptions.

Just called Ins***utional Investor and talked to a woman there who said they had just been told about it, and are investigating it.  From what she said, this seems to be a scam and is not related to the company (which I have always had good experience with), but the lady I talked to was apologetic and said they were on it.

After receiving several calls from pushy women, I finally got a reasonable one today.  She said that her company's name is Strobe Communications Center and that they are in Jamaica.  I told her to take our number off their list and she said that they would and apologized for the hassle.  I too have used Ins***utional Investor (magazine and website) in the past and they are a respected firm.  I may send them a message saying that this Jamaican company is overzealous and not doing Ins***utional Investor's reputation any favors.

they finally spoke after about 6 or 7 calls where they'd **** up when i answered.  the woman spoke with an accent and said she was Ins***utional Investor (I think I used to have a subscription at some point) and she was calling to verify info for a free subscription.  she read me my work address and contact info and asked some seemingly harmless questions about the company I work for.  i asked her what number I could call her back at and she gave me 215 772 0414.  knowing that was philly, i asked her what city she was in and she said she was calling from the caribbean.  that seemed fishy.  then she asked for my birthdate. i didn't give it to her, ***g up, and called back the 215 number, which only leads to a voicemailbox that is full.

i have gotten about 6 or 7 calls from this number in the past 2 days.  each time, i pick up and they **** up.  please make them stop!!!

Getting the same thing on my cell. I think the previous owner did so****ing with this organization... an investment newsletter or so****ing of that ilk.I put my cell on the National Do Not Call list now. I'll report them every time they call. Maybe they'll get a hefty fine like Craftmatic did.

Caller was from Ins***utional Investor (I had signed up a year ago while trying to find some information on their website). This is the 3rd or 4th call in the past week, and I have told them that I am not interested in their free subscription each time. They are extremely rude and will not stop talking. I usually wait for telemarketers to finish, but this woman was too much. I ***g up on her.

I also have been getting calls from this number where no one is on the other end!  We need to stop these guys!!

Wow, this guy has been calling me all day. Googled the number, and pulled to this forum with lots of other people with the same problem. Glad I know now it's some spam.

the name of the guy is jay sherbondy. he does that to everybody with diiferent phone numbers that s**** with  a 213 his real phone number is   7028772420his fax is 702 889 1580his cell is 7023495763his girlfriend's cell is   702 349 5763  her name is    peggy smiththey have a company global reach which is a scamreprt him to his parole officer at   702 388 65 88  the name of the parole officer is     henry Stegman

I also keep receiving calls from someone at 2132322307 who says that they are with Ins***utional Investor magazine. They won't stop calling although I've stated that we're not interested. When I tried to call the number, it sent me to a disconnected message.

I got a call from that number and was told the person was calling from "Ins***utional Investor" and they need information to complete my free subscription. I said I wasn't interested, but I found this page by Googling the number because so****ing seemed strange.

The same has been happening to me. When I called back it said the number has been disconnected. The strange thing, however, is that the number that they say has been disconnect is (215)922-3253. I then searched that number and came to a list of people who had received a toll free call from various numbers (the 215 number was on the list). They said it was a recording calling to say that they wanted to speak with them about debt. I have never had any debt or even been late with a payment. Pretty much just continue to ignore the phone call.

I am also getting calls from this number...No one is picking up...

I am getting calls from this number occasionally. When I try to call back I hear the message about this number being disconnected.
