Leave a Commenti got 2 calls from two differnt numbers including this one. both of them listed as HECA. i don't answer calls from people that i do not know and just recently got the phone number for the do not call registry from my phone company because the Privacy director was not working even though i was paying for it. the other number was 775 319 1500
No answer when picked up, the name on the caller id was HECA. They've been calling almost every hour now.

213-232-2315 has been calling me as well. The caller ID says "HECA" that is a bit different than what is posted already so beware of spam and scams from this number
I got the call, but didn't answere, It was the first time. I don't think that option works on giving them any information. It's just a way of them knowing they got the right number. You will get a new number calling you next time they call.
Its a student loan consolidation company. If you call them and listen to the options, you can post your number on their "do not call" list. I believe its option 3. They will ask you for your full name and phone number - then end the call by pressing # sign.
Calls three and four times a day. Caller ID lists name as HERO. Never leaves a message.
Got a call but didn't answer, and no message was left.
