This man with a very heavy accent has been calling me at work and threatening me and harrassing me and my co-workers. At first I listened as I have had a payday loan but not with this particular company. First time they called they called me by my legal name the second time they called they called me by my nickname. They have my work information and my SS#. The second time they called I spoke to a ***d who when I began to ask questions told me to shut up and pay attention I did not understand the seriousness of the situation.I immdeiately told my friend who is the****istant administrator where I work and we googled this phone # and found that it is a scam. I thank God I did not give them my debit card # they told me that I needed to pay them $5,000.00 or be arrested tomorrow. But when I reported back to them that I did not have that kind of money he said well pay us $1,095.00 and that would settle the account. They called my work place a total of 8 times within a 30 minute period. They have not called back since I told them I would contact my lawyer and they would contact local authorities as well as the homeland security and FTC

I to received multiple calls telling me i owe 1,0597 and if i didn't pay it immediately they was going to have me arrested and they had my old bank account# and ss#. I got a walmart phone card and paid them 500.00 because i was scared because I have had a loan online before. please help me get my money back. I had take money from my mortgage to pay them and now I am short. They told me the same story and I don't know what to do know. Please help.

someone called and said that they had all of my information and that I filled out a loan online and that I received money from them and I owed them $1095.00. They said that the case was tomorrow and that they wanted my attorney's information so that they could send me paperwork in the mail. This case was supposedly reported back in 2007 for an online loan that I was supposedly to have received money into an old bank account. I called back and s****ed grilling the guy with a very foreign heavy accent and he got frustrated and said that he would not call a***n and that someone will deliver papers to me tomorrow. We will see if this happens.
