The above stories are all the same as my situation.  I totally think they are scam artists especially since they can not provide me any written do***entation as to what I owe.  Who does business like that????!@!!!  SCAM SCAM SCAM.. i also looked up the phone # in reverse look up and Luis Duque came back as well.  Not sure why these people think that we are going to just provide them w. a credit/debit info. over the phone and not know what the heck we are paying the debt for!  I've reported to the States Attorney just for my own satisfaction.  I'm just going to ignore. Thank Goodness I'm not alone here!!!!  I'm very annoyed w/ the harrassing phone calls and threats. These people are total IDIOTS!

Got the same call as above, except his name was Kevin. He called me at work. The law firm name was different though.

A hindu speaking person named "John" called and left this number (he also left a message for my ex-girlfriend). He claimed he was with "Hudson Law Firm" and a suit was being filed a***nst me by Cash Advance loan company. He wanted me to resolve the matter by paying an "outstanding" loan over the phone using a debit or credit card. He would not send anything via mail and was actually pretty rude about threatening to sue me. I said I would call the loan company and he said I wasn't allowed; that they wouldn't deal with me. Well, I called the loan company and they say I'm in the clear and that they don't deal with delinquent loans in that manner anyhow. The caller ID was an incomplete number...
