Received several calls. When I pick up my camera appears to snap though no image appears on my phone. No message is left if I don't answer, and **** up when I do

Have received several call from this number asking for an Isaic. I explained no one by that name lives at the number they are calling. They continue to call but do not leave messages. When I answered today, no one responded. Getting tired of receiving calls from who ever the caller is from. I asked them to remove my number from their call list.
