Repeated phone calls from man in accented English, pretending to be calling from Microsoft about errors in a Windows installation. This is hardly believable, but maybe some people do believe it. We knew it instantly for a scam. We tried to be politely dismissive on the first few, but he kept calling back, sometimes within a minute or so. 213-271-1644 calls are out of California with no caller ID showing . They call and call trying to get you to give them your personal information to sell to other scammers , or use themselves . Best protection is to screen all your calls through your caller ID Answering ma****e . We never answer a phone call any more unless we know the caller ID and or phone number . If we are sure of the callers ID we sometimes will pick up and most other times we let all calls go through the answering ma****e . When the answering ma****e requests they leave a message the Spammer / Scammer Telemarketers **** up and go onto someone else to scam .

SPAM, they call to get access from your computer. People are from India as far as i can tell.

Told me they were technical support from Micrsoft.
