This is the 3rd person to call in the last 2 weeks. This time his name is Kevin Jones, before it was John Morrison at 213-286-0297; before that it was Angie Jones at 559-823-5337. This time they said it was my finial warning before they file legal charges a***st me.

This is my second encounter with these people......... this time his name was Derek Jackson. He is calling my work phone and I have turned the phone number into our fraud department.... This is a scam, but be aware as he had my moms full name, my work phone number but not my addres, cell phone, social nor where I worked.... when I questioned him and another person there I was threatened with jail time, charges of harasment and milicious behavior.... and all I was asking for was proof of the "loan" they said I received from them in my bank account a year ago.... they also didnt have my bank information... they are good, but not that good....

I also got a call from this number and when I refused to give him my social, he ***g up on me, then when I called back several times demanding to know who he was, he kept ****ing up, then told me that I couldn't talk to his manager unless I had "his permission" beforehand. What a p.o.s.!

this a**hole just called me saying his name is tom  morrison he said he works for the los angekes county sherriffs office saying i owe  money and that the sherrif is going to  be coming  to  my employer  and to  be at court  onmanday at 11 am with my attorny  i wa scammed by these a**holes befor e  how would they have an american name and sound indian!! *** !! THEY ARE  SOO  ****** I KNOW ITS FRAUD BECAUSE I IASKED HIM FORTHERRE  ADDRESS AND THEY  ***G UP

This is a total scam - this guy uses multiple numbers.  It is a guy with a heavy Indian accent and his phone connection was horrible (must have been a cell) - he says it is urgent and that he represents a collection company but when questioned as to what it is about, he gets irate and even uses foul language.  FRAUD!!
