An indian man left a message on my cell, identified himself as "James Brown" and left this phone number for me to call back. When I called back, they said they are from the First State Attoney Services, saying I have a case a***nst me.....that loan had been transferred to my bank account since 2009 and I never paid back.....what a BS! Never took a loan, but they got all my address info and everything.  So another man by the name Charles William (supposedly their attorney) said that he will file the case this Friday morning and I have to pay $8K++!!I said I never took a loan before and never see the fund transferred into my account. I said this is iden***y theft and will make police report and will get my attorney. Then I asked for their address, and he said why do you need our address? Gotcha!! So we can be in touch I said....then he said "Ok bye!".

They call and threaten you.

these people have been calling me for several months now..........rude......threats........you name it......isnt there anyone who can do so****ing about this......the phone company should be able to help us................WHY ARENT THEY....................HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.......I THINK COMPUTER HACKERS AND WIZARDS COULD HELP................

I dunno who this is. They keep calling my extension at work asking for someone named Ebony. lol

They called to my job....Why?

213-286-0299 Calls to claim that I had took a payday loan and did not pay it back. Very rude, when I asked questions. When I asked for do***entation, he asked why. When I asked where the court house was for the alleged court date, he said stay at home and they will come get you. He got really mad when I said they were standing next me, since I know them and they knew nothing about it. I also offered to put the officeron the phone and he ***g up.I have had calls like this in the past and have s****ed the conversation out with "This is a recorded call" and they **** up and don't call back.
