This phone number calls a couple of times a week, it's blocked but still leaves a voice mail. When you call back to chew on someone thelse's phone number is not in service.

Don't answer. They ask if you can hear them, so that they get you to say "Yes". They then have your voice saying yes and they can use that to order products
