they called me a***n with threats. I know that the irs doesn't make phone calls. anybody know how to stop these people?

I got 4 voicemails when I woke up today stating I needed to csll thrm about IRS taxes. I called and they said that I owe $9000 and if I didn't come up with $400 in the next 20 minutes they would seize my****ets and issue a warrant for my arrest and I could spend 6 months in jail. I called IRS to see what was going on and they confirmed is was fraud and they dont do that. I had a panic attack while I was waiting on hold with the IRS. The called saying he was from the IRS and if I didn't send money within an hour I would be arrested. They said not to talk to anyone or the consequences would be worse.

thank u for that information. they called nonstop threatening me about legal action. oh well. they not getting a dime from me. lazy *******s need to get a real job.

This is a scam artist pretending to be an IRS agent.

does anybody know this number? they called me twice and sounds like scam to me.
