I called them back just for ****s and giggles a rag head said he was from the IRS and wanted my info I told him he should have it and he said and I quote I need you to verify your **** information I LOL and said I don't think so and he ***g up lol
This call purports to be IRS lawsuit that threatens legal action if not returned by resident or attorney of record.
Got a call just the same as everyone else. One guy said he was Donald Trump ***g up on me. When I tried to call back, they transferred me to some guy who said what's up? I said "You called Me"! What is this about. He said he misdialed.
As stated by a previous complainer about time sensitive material "that I or my attorney return the call. The caller then said that I not disregard this message and said the only thing they can do is wish me good luck with the situation and it totally falls on me". I hope these losers come down with AIDS and their kids are ******ed by an illegal.
Like others I have received the same message. The originating number is 213-289-3862 with a call back number of 509-233-2033. SPAM FOR SURE! Be very careful!
same scam as all the rest...robocall about time sensitive ****
Scammer left this as a return number 973-200-4649. . Have received multiple voice mail messages and all are basically the same that the IRS has filed several criminal lawsuits a***nst me and that it was extremely time sensitive that I or my attorney return the call. The caller then said that I not disregard this message and said the only thing they can do is wish me good luck with the situation and it totally falls on me. I went to the US Government website at www.TIGTA.gov and filed a report of the scam with the Dept of Treasury
After numerous calls with "hold for a representative" when I answered, I returned the call...four times in all. The first three reps ***g up on me when I asked they remove my number. The fourth caller said they would and it would only cost me $2,500.00 to have them do that.

Yeah, I've gotten so many that it's s****ing to **** my phone up. I've do***ented all of them and have 10+ saved on my vm. Same spam as everyone else. It's getting old FAST!!
I called from work last week and when they finally answered and said "Thank you for calling IRS..." I knew it was a scam. I blocked the number from our phone and am calling our locale police. to report it.
They call me with a file number saying there is a law suit a***nst me ??? SCAM
"SCAM" they called by client and demanded they call them back or have their attorney call them.
"If you do not return this call you will just have to wait as the consequences unfold."
Robo call threatening lawsuit. I called back and the guy asked me for my name. I said he should have my name. He said shut up shut up and ***g up.
Robo call regarding a pending lawsuit. Automated caller stated in a threatening manner that I was being sued and if I did not call back immediately "it would all be my fault". I tried calling back. Automated thing said I was caller 24 & it would be a 35 minute wait. Message was pretty cryptic. Sounds like a scam.
Call was from Officer Smith from the IRS threatening me that a criminal case had already been filed a***nst me and that if I did not call back immediately whatever befell me would be my fault. First, IRS are called Agents, not officers. Second, the IRS does not make phone calls, they do everything by mail. Third, they would never use a pre-recorded message. Fourth, I don't owe any taxes. Fifth, if the IRS was going to file charges a***nst you, you would know about it after a barrage of certified mail over many, many months or years. I found it very disturbing that when I called the number back for grins, I was caller 30. That means 30 other people ahead of me might be scammed. This is a total hoax.
