This is just an edit - I have been getting calls from WCA for several months.

I have received at least 5 calls a week (most of the time many more) from this 'company'. Most I have let go to voicemail. It is a recording stating the call is from W.C.A. and I have won so****ing or am qualified for so****ing. The couple times I have answered this call there is an option to 'press 3 to opt out'. I have several times, but am still getting called from them. I have no idea how to make this stop. I thought it was illegal to harass people like this.
