(213) 291-1900

Judging by the variety of calls people are getting from this number,I suspect it belongs to a company that sells use of the number to anyone who wants to hide their name and number. The calls I have gotten show the number and the words "Network Ops". After the first call I knew the 213 number is from Los Angeles, and the caller from Providence, RI. He is a cousin of mine who makes obscene phone calls.My solution was to order "Selective Call Rejection" from my phone company (***) and to set up that number to be rejected. I did this today, and I am hoping it works. Of course my ****** cousin will call from other numbers, but  since I also have Anonymous Call Rejection, he can't call from this home phone. I received a call today 6/24/09 at 10:24 and a male person asked for my name and then it ***g up and I have tried several times to call back but it says the number your calling in unavailable at this time try your call a***n later. When I call form the land line it gives me a fast busy signal.

Maybe it's a phone service through the internet like skype and that's the base # that shows up from anyone who makes call through the internet phone service???

The person knew my name and other personal info on my finances. Said someone named Ross referred my name to them. I don't know anyone named Ross and I keep my financial info private. They wanted me to invest in some sort of stocks and bonds.

This seems to be a routing number.  I got a call from a friend in Ca***a, however this is the number that showed up on my phone when he called, not his actual number.  He has a phone service that allows free calls to anywhere in North America.  They seem to go through this number.

Will someone please put a stop to this (213) 291-1900?????   It's 3sm in the morning, they called and called back a***n 2x (unknown #), **** I have to work, I need to go back to sleep now.....   :( :( :(

I have been recieving calls for this number also 213-291-1900 all odd hours of the night I did answer my cell male voice heavy accent this person was one a single website talks a good game beware

They wake me up in the middle of the night. Annoying ...

They are calling both my daughter's cell phone number and my cell phone number and scaring us.  They tell us they think my 11 year old daughter is beautiful. They watch me take her to school and her get on the bus to come home.  We have made a report with the police at my daugher's school and I am making a report with the local Sheriff's Department today.  We received a total of 11 calls from this number.

This number belongs to an outfit that makes comp;uterized called for various credit collection agencies.

I keep getting calls at 2:00 to 4:00 in the morning from this number.  I pick it up and I hear what appears to be a fax ma****e (beeping).  I am sick of it.  I have call blocker and attempted to have the number blocked.  I received a message that said the number was not available for this number.  I then googled the number and saw that a vast number of other people had gotten the same type of call from the same number.  It appears that the number is a VOIP owned by Broadwing, a subsidiary of Level 3.  I called their customer line and stayed on hold for an hour before I finally ***g up.  I will be reporting Broadwing and Level 3 to the FCC and recommend that everyone else who received calls from this number do the same.

they called me saying there name is sergio and *** they said my name and im scared! they call like like at 4 in the moring and at 6 im Sooo SCARED

they just called me and when I tried to call it back i just got a busy signal...who are they?????  My cell is registered on the do not call list as well!!!

213-291-1900 calls my home phone at least 4 times/day.  I don't answer unrecognized numbers, especially when it says unknown name.  They never leave a message, just keep calling.

I've received 3 calls on my cell phone from 213 291-1900(They're in Calif and I'm in IL). I'm listed on the national do-not-call list but apparently cell phones numbers are not protected. A man or woman talk in Spanish very rapidly and incoherently and finish with "would you like to collaborate with us?" I tell them to stop calling. This is creepy!

I got a call at 7:30 answered and a girl said my name and then ***g up I called the #1-213-291-1900 back and it said your party is not answering please try your call later when i called 213-291-1900 with no one infront it says invalid pager. I live in california
